Quickchannel Analytics
Introduction
The analytics page is divided into five sections showing different statistics, Overview, Top List, Content, Viewers and Usage. These sections all contain data which can be filtered and exported.
Note that streaming and storage data is presented as gibibytes.
Filters
All analytics sections except Overview have support for filtering. You can apply filters and select a date range to only show statistics for the media that interests you.
Using the Save Search functionality you may save a specific set of filters which you then can access from the Quick Filters drop down and apply with one click.
Stacked Graphs
Graphs displayed on the Analytics page are stacked, displaying the difference between data from live and on-demand media. Pressing either Live or On-demand toggles their visibility in the graph.
Export
Most analytics sections has support for exporting the data as CSV or Excel files. The CSV files can then be used in any third party program that can import data from CSV. Excel exports will save your statistics as an xlsx file.
When exporting data from the analytics page, any filters applied in the Console when pressing export will also apply for the exported CSV or Excel file.

Top List
The Top List contains a list of the 500 most viewed media on the account, and can can be sorted by Views, Impressions, Viewed Time and Engagement. Impressions is the number of times the player has been shown to users and Views are the number of times the playback has been started.
Content
Views
The total number of views for media on the Account.
A view is defined as when a video is started for a viewer.
Pressing replay after playback has finished does not trigger a new view. Similarly, an automatically looping video does not trigger new views for each loop.
When advertisement is enabled, views are counted after the pre-roll has ended and the Quickchannel video content starts.
Viewed Time
The aggregated viewed time.
Engagement
Engagement displays a graph covering the viewers engagement throughout the duration of the media. The graph tells you how large percentage of viewers that watched different sections of the video.
When a user seeks back or replays the media without closing the player, the engagement counts double and thus engagement can be over 100%.
Note, engagement is only tracked for VOD, not for live events. For recorded live events, engagement is tracked when they are converted to regular VOD.
