Last Updated 8 months ago

This guide explains how to stream a Webex conference being held in a Webex Meeting to Quickchannel E2E platform.

Prerequisites

Before you can obtain an RTMP streaming URL from Quickchannel, you must ensure that you have an appropriate plan that supports live events. In your Quickchannel account check if the Go Live button is enabled and has at least one type of live event enabled:

Live events can be created by any user on the Quickchannel platform, excluding those with the Read-only role. Refer to the Live: How to setup an event article for detailed instructions on creating live events. Once the live event preview begins, typically one hour before the scheduled start time, a Webex conference can be streamed to it.
To stream Webex Meeting into Quickchannel E2E platform sign in to your Quickchannel Console and create live event.

  1. Once you've created the live event, head to the event page and click on the Stream tab. Here, you'll find the Streaming server and the Stream name details that you need to access:image
