Navigate to Settings → Subtitles in the panel to the left. 

Here you can set default values for duration of subtitles and characters per line which are then used in the Subtitles Editor. Here you can also select the default selection for the transcription language so you don't have to change it for each new media. This default language is used both for VOD and Live transcription.

You can add your own words or phrases you want the system to recognize in the AI dictionary.
The transcription engine will automatically prioritize them during speech recognition.
Whether it's a unique product name, technical language, or a tricky spelling, the dictionary will help Vytas AI to get it right.
With your custom dictionary in place, subtitles are more accurate out of the box.
